Anneliese Louise van der Pol - an American born Dutch actor and singer is an Dutch national. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has an ethnic Dutch origin she is an American singer/actor best known for frequent appearances on the popular television series That's So Raven. She's appeared in 14 projects that include TV programs and films. She performed her musical on more than 15 TV series and her major credits includes Shalom Sesame Divorce. It's Raven and The Musical. She has also performed in a variety of theatre plays. Anneliese van der Pol (Dutch-American) is an actress, singer, and dancer. Her musical theatre career began in van der Pol became famous for playing Chelsea Daniels. The role can be seen in the movie Raven's home. Van der Pol, who also sings, and even records music in the name of The Walt Disney Company, has a successful career. She had her Broadway debut and, in 2009, she performed off-Broadway. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on the pop/R&B version of The"Lion King's" Circle of Life (from The Lion King) and Cinderella The Dream Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart makes ("A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Created") in special releases of both films. She recorded a cover of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006 for the issue Disneymania. A Change in Me the famous song from Belle van der Pol's Broadway musical soundtrack, was written by her due to her role as Belle van der Pol.
